If can't find a room somewhere else this one is fine, they should pay more attention on burned out light bulbs, mold in the bath, room smells humidity, etc. All are simple to solve problems, manager should check the rooms and judge if would stay himself in a place like that. Rooms are clean overall but minor details needs more attention. Interesting, among the two rooms I had, the doors have signs of forced entry, guess not a good sign... Rather have a shampoo amenity instead of the non-working coffee maker, you get what you pay for....

After staying at this hotel for two years, I call today to make sure I had a reservation for the 26th and they claim they are overbooked and cannot find my reservation. The manager was rude and inconsiderate and could care less about me or my room and I would have to make accommodations elsewhere. No consideration for loyal past customers. I will never stay here again nor will I ever stay at any other Baymont Inn ever again.

I arrived before 12:00 noon. The room wasn't ready, due to maintenance " still cleaning" it. After missing my flight from the night before, and sleeping on a cold public airport bench, I was beyond exhausted, I now had to wait three hours before I could return to a room that I had already booked days before . I return at 3:00 only to learn that the keys had not been programmed. Nor is the pool cleaned!... A non-smoking room reaked of the previous "smoking" guest. I mean, Come ON!!! Won't stay here again

I stayed here for 3 nights with my two teen-age daughters in April, and found the accomodations to be excellent. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet, the shower had wonderful pressure, and the continental breakfast was adequate. The staff at the desk were accommodating to us, and we had a very good stay. Access to the hotel wasn't great, but that seemed to be the norm for Houston. Overall, a very good experience and we would stay here again!

Stay Somewhere else even if it is one of the cheapest spots near the airport. This place was horrible. The room actually stunk! I had to spray air freshner in the ac vents in order to breath. The sheet felt wet at times. In Houston you get what you pay for and this dump was rated 2 1/2 stars. They allow pets and thats probably where the horrid smell came from. The internet was down while I was there. I was trying to save my business some money. I learned a valuable lesson. You get what you pay for in Houston.
