The service was really excellent. I stayed for 3 nights and was in and out a fair bit between meetings. From the first day a number of them remembered my name and by the end of the stay I felt like part of the family to the extent that I can't imagine staying anywhere else next week. I had asked some questions about the city of the first day. Two days later the same person brought me extra brochures that had just come in on the same topic hen he saw me in the lobby, which is pretty impressive in such a large hotel.

The rooms are not my taste in design - brown patterned wallpaper borders ad just more a traditional style than most of the more modern, sleek Hyatts. I'm sure others would love it. It was spacious and clean.

It's easy walking distance to part of downtown and there's a comlimentary car service elsewhere.

Great Hotel, in a good location. Had a room on the 13th Floor, everything was fine. I booked a Champagne & Roses package (Treat the Wife!) which actually worked out cheaper than the standard package by a few dollars. Had fresh roses delivered every evening.

The Lifts running up and down the inside of the building are something to experience and the Revolving Rooftop Restaurant is a must, great views of the surrounding area.

Wallpaper was stuck down, Room was Very Clean and of a good size and had a good bathroom too.

I would recommend this Hotel.
