This is a horrible horrible place. The website LIES about the complimentary breakfast, IT DOES NOT EXIST. You have to pay for breakfast regardless EVEN COFFEE. The rooms smell!! The maid staff is nice BUT they don't speak good English. My husband asked for toilet paper and we got TOWELS. My advice is spend your money else where. Once Hurricane Gustav clears New Orleans I am leaving ASAP. This hotel SUCKS!!! Next time I will be at a Holiday Inn like I stayed in when we evacuated for Hurricane Katrina!!

The most unfriendly staff in Texas. The young lady Vanessa at the front desk was a total snob. When I arrived at the desk, one associate was taking a reservation over the phone and Vanessa was writing something down on paper and never acknowledged me. After a couple of minutes, she went into the back office. The other lady was still with a reservation.
About 3 minutes later, Vanessa came back out and serviced another customer who had just walked through the door. Again, never acknowledged me. This is horriable customer service and when I brought it to her attention, she claims to have thought the other lady was helping me. The hotel is clean and nice, but the entire staff, even in the restaurant need help fast.
