“Four Seasons continues to bring its "A" game to downtown Houston.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 17, 2014

This hotel consistently makes an effort to personalize each visitor's stay and continues to offer personal touch amenities and service which many large hotel chains have abandoned. Yes, there are newer and flashier choices in Houston, but none that outshine the service offered at this hotel.

Room Tip: Corner rooms facing the Toyota Center are large and quiet and have good views.

The Staff made the difference. I would go again if possible. I may change my Business Hotel Brand based on the experience . Also for food there is the Phoenician Specialty Food Market across the street. The proximity , choices & freshness made the stay even better.

I travel to Houston frequently. This hotel is a great location and a great value for a hotel of this quality. It is a little dated in the bathrooms but not at all bad, just slightly below the quality of the typical 4 seasons but the prices are great and the location is fantastic. The restaurant, Quattro, is one of my favorites in Houston. The staff is great.

Those positive reviews are obviously not used to the Four Seasons standards. This one has indeed large rooms but those are at the level of an old Marriott certainly not a FS. Still Houston is the equivalent of a desert in terms of hotels so not much choice...

excellent hotel and very helpful staff. Courtesy car very useful for travel. Did not use the spa or fitness facility as only there two nights but both looked good. Breakfast very good and a relaxing start to the day

This is a very nice place; easily the best in downtown Houston. It is a very large hotel; unusually so for a Four Seasons. As a result, it does not have the intimacy Four Seasons customers are used to, or the very high level of service. This hotel hosts a lot of conventions. The rooms are very pleasant, some with nice bay windows. The desk and desk chair are pretty good. The internet is mediocre, even at the higher speed level. Beds, linens and towels are all top quality, although I don't care for the duvet approach Four Seasons uses. But, the quality is good. Bathrooms were nicely appointed, but generally don't have a separate shower. Service generally is very good. Pleasant, if large, bar. Just got back from a large meeting at the hotel, and I have to say that the banquet food was dreadful. My experience over the years with the restaurant is similar. Expensive, not very good food. Valet parking only. But, they are very good.

i just stayed at this property for three nights while i was on a business trip. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and well looked after by the very professional housekeeping staff. There is a very well equipped fitness facility on the 4th floor which i did use and a nice outdoor pool which i did not try because of the weather. The front desk and concierge staff were well-trained, polite and very helpful. The rooms aren't cheap here but you get what you pay for at the Houston Four Seasons.
