I stayed at the Hilton Houston Post-Oak this past week and really enjoyed my stay. I normally stay at another hotel close by when I come for business, but from now on will be staying at the Hilton. Every staff member I encountered in person, or on the phone, was incredibly friendly and very willing to take care of whatever I needed. The pool is very nice - long enough to swim laps, and there are also many tables and chairs to sit out and enjoy the outdoors. The restaurant was great - good food and great service. The hotel gym was not as nice as some others I've seen, but they give you free passes to the Bally's Gym that is right across the street. This hotel is very convenient to shopping and to many wonderful restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is a very nice place to stay. Rooms were clean and the hotel is closely (walking distance) located next to a shopping district. Lots of places to eat adjacent to the hotel. Hotel food was good but not outstanding. The gym had outdated equipment. They appeared to offer a pass to Bally's across the street. Take them up on that if you have the time.

Just returned from my 4th stay at the Hilton Post Oak and had to write a review. This property is wonderful, the facillity is clean, the rooms are updated and beautiful, the bathrooms are large, and the service is great.

Location is easily within walking distance to the Galleria and a number of great restaurants.

Beds are as comfortable as any hotel I've ever slept in, which is also a bonus.

I have found the staff to be attentive and polite at every encounter. I had a problem during my recent stay there last week (their courtesy car neglected to pick me up after I waited at the designated location for over 30 minutes), and although I approached the front desk pretty upset, they immediately and professionally handled the situation by reimbursing me for the cab fare I had to pay to get back to the hotel. They did this without hesitation.

I definately recommend staying at the Hilton Post Oak.

I stay in alot of hotels and I am very picky about where I stay. We stayed on executive level do yourself a favor it was not worth the extra money . We did order room service and it was perfect and fast everytime. The rooms are very clean and the bathroom was very large. The beds are great and the bedding was high thread count. The staff was very friendly and will bend over backwards for you as the did when we needed some extra coffee cream. would I stay here agin? HELL YES!!!!!!!!
