We stayed here for a family gathering headquartered from the hotel. Given the choice, I probably would have stayed in the Staybridge Suites close by, but the hotel wasn't bad. The rooms were average, the front desk staff was courteous, parking was not too expensive, and the pool was comfortable and well appointed. The hot tub was very relaxing after a long day, so I'd definitely recommend that.
There was a fairly large guest-created problem with their fire alarm system that resulted in multiple alarms at ungodly hours of the morning, but the staff was responsive and kept guests informed with multiple letters about the situation and what they were doing to fix it. I appreciated the feedback and definitely felt better about the situation and the hotel after the information was provided.
