I recently stayed at this place since the price was very good, it was local to my client site and it was new. It caters to the business traveler, but still lacks a few things. It was very clean (bare in mind it's new) and the staff was very friendly but I did not notice any bell boy service. The rooms are small, but set up well for a few nights stay. I forgot my shaving cream and most hotels would just send some up, but they don't offer this service. You also have to park a block away which isn't bad, but they don't valet for you which is somewhat of a hassle.

Other hotels locally, have free shuttle service through the town..they don't..again not a big deal for me, but could be for others. One thing I like, is that they have several computers with highspeed access in the lobby which was usefull. One complaint I had was my request for a late check out being denied. I never had this problem before. If you are seeking a very comfortable bed and a very clean room for a good price..this is the place, but if you are seeking more luxury, service in all aspects then you might be let down.
