Very nice hotel and helpful staff, breakfast was ok, but good serving. Breakfast start at 6:30 when sometimes you need to have early breakfast as 6:00. Room was ok, internet speed was ok for my room, it's free. bathroom pretty clean.

We also have 24-hour Pavilion Pantry in the lobby area, where we offer great variety of drinks, snacks and quick meals for our guests.

I recently stayed in this hotel, service was good and overall facilities seem to be new and very clean; room well equipped. I've stayed in some other Garden Inns, some of them charge for the breakfast some of them not. This one does; I don't know why since it is the same breakfast and accommodation is not cheap, besides that; a good overall experience. There are some good choices to have dinner nearby.

Excellent hotel and great value. Well appointed lobby. Breakfast worth the money and great service even with the buffet. Desk in the room was perfect and great chair. Toilteries offered were above average

Wonderful staff, clean and comfortable rooms...everything you want when your away... Helpful, friendly and the bar has Patron Silver and ice...what could be better than that...Added to meet the 200 characters needed for this review, but honestly...This is a great hotel with and excellent staff, ready to help in any way they can. The only place I stay when in Houston.

We've stayed at this hotel in the past when we go to Houston even with the on going construction and will continue to stay there. We did not have the time to try the breakfast this time. We have used the business center in the past and it was very accommodating. It is in a convenient location off the belt line and has always been a very nice and clean stay.

The hotel was great and clean which was over our expectation. Water was stuck when we tried to take shower, we called the counter immediately. They assigned constructor came in within 2 minutes, and fixed it at once. Awesome! The blanket was so fresh and comfortable. It was a top quality. This is the only hotel you can trust. I recommend this hotel to everyone if You expect to get a nice trip. you would be satisfied as you need.

We stayed at this hotel for a family funeral, due to advertised amenities (restaurant, pool, bar). No restaurant, except for breakfast, hot tub was broken, pool was dirty, no bar. Disappointing experience. You had to walk to Denny's to eat and walk to gas station to get a cocktail (unless you wanted to pay for single beer/wine from hospitality suite). This location is difficult to access from the frontage road, and exiting is even more difficult. The staff was nice and the rooms were 'ok'. would be better if they spent time fixing the amenity issues.
