My mom had been wanting to come here forever becaused she saw this place featured on DDD. Today, my hubby and I decided to give it a try. We came in for lunch just before noon and were able to be seated immediately though it was quite busy. The server started out by bringing us pickles, I am guessing they make them in house. They were good. I had the South Philly Cheesesteak with fries and coleslaw and he had the Dagwood (the server mentioned was his favorite). I thought the prices were high considering we were eating sandwiches but the size and the quality made up for that. The cheesesteak was messy but very good, the fries were good but nothing special, same with the coleslaw. My husband enjoyed his sandwich which was too big to fit into his mouth, I tried a nibble of the pastrami which was probably the best I've ever had. The service was great, the food was good, I can't wait to come back and try something new.
