“Funky Deli”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 21, 2014

This funky local deli had free parking. Chalkboards displayed menu items. Prices seemed reasonable. Catering and take-out menus were available. We lined up to order at the cashier. Service was fast and courteous. Buzzers alerted us to pick up orders. There was simple self-service for drinks, napkins, and utensils. Tables seated four persons comfortably. Our Gyro sandwich had chicken, tabouli, tomato, onions, and tzatziki sauce. It was perfect. Our Monterrey sandwich had grilled chicken breast, pepper-jack cheese, mushrooms, lettuce, tomato, and a chipotle ranch dressing. It was just spicy-hot enough. Our mushroom burger had Angus beef, grilled mushrooms, Swiss cheese, mayo, lettuce, and tomato. It was medium rare, as ordered, and juicy. Sides of fries were crisp and tasty. Portions were generous. Ingredients were delicious and fresh. There was nothing fancy about this deli, but for an affordable sit-down lunch in a laid-back atmosphere it’s hard to beat on a workday!

“Excellent choice for casual dining”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 16, 2013 via mobile

Usually have lunch here. Decided to try dinner menu. Husband had pepper crusted sirloin with mashed potatoes and green beans. Steak was cooked properly, very tasty, and tender. I had the pork chop with Mac and cheese and mixed vegis. Moist, thick chop with excellent BBQ glaze. Both of us could not finish meals. Basically two meals each for good price. Clean restaurant.

“New Hours and Bigger Menu”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 17, 2013

Kojak's is now open till 9:30p during the week. I have only been here for dinner, but I always leave happy. There is something on the menu for everyone (love the crabcakes, salads, gyros and chicken), as well as homemade desserts. Unfortunately/Fortunately, it has never been very busy. Hopefully that will change will the longer evening hours. They have also hired a new guy for the later evenings and he is super friendly. Nothing fancy at all, but good sized portions (most dinners come w/ a salad) and good food.

“Good lunch”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 2, 2012

Decent food at a decent price. Maybe $8 for lunch, but you get a large portion of food that could really be split between two people.
