We attended a wine pairing/dinner that was held in the private dining area upstairs. The courses we were served were fabulous not only in their presentations, but in the incredible flavors that we experienced. The Spring Garden which consisted of Foie Gras/Pickled Blackberries/Herbs and the Halibut/Beef Short Rib/Ramps were two of the many highlights of the evening.
Fred Jones did a wonderful job of pairing the wines from Domaine Serene with the six course meal.
