Customer service was A+ from the first minute. Free shuttle took us out twice (they'll take you anywhere within 3 miles and even suggested local eateries suited to our taste.) Two computers in the lobby with free web access were a big plus. But the most outstanding thing about my stay here was the following: We were part of a large group - about 30 of us in total. We were returning late Saturday night when they don't have any bar or food service. They opened the bar and kitchen for us. One young lady - Jeanette - took and filled drink orders, took food orders, ran back to the kitchen and cooked them and delivered everything right on the money - like a pro. Front desk employee Heather helped. I think Jeanette finally knocked off at about 3 or 3:30 am and then was back at 7am to serve us all breakfast with a smile. Great hospitality - a credit to this brand and to Houston, TX.
