Despite the extra charges for this and that, we stay here strictly for one reason only - the convenience to the convention center. If you book here, try to get the best rate on the website and just realize that you are mostly paying for the location. The rooms are nice and clean, but there are no extra perks with this hotel. I'm willing to fork out a few extra bucks if it means I don't have to march around downtown Houston with my kids. My biggest gripe is at check-in when you have to stand in line for 30 minutes. Why would any hotel not have enough staff on duty knowing they are going to be fully booked? Despite that, we've always received the room we've requested.

This hotel is a total nightmare. Locked out of the room EVERY SINGLE NIGHT for SEVEN nights! Laundry was destroyed, lost, then delivered smelling like chermicals. The management just doesn't care, the staff does not care, Hilton has just gone downhill. I will NEVER stay at a Hilton Property for the rest of my life.

I stayed here while attending a convention. The location to the convention center is great, being next door. The rooms were very nice (bathrooms were pretty nice size) and internet was reliable. Room Service was good and the restaurant was good and well priced. The surrounding area (Main Street) needs a little help but, other than that, the hotel was great.

Lee the Doorman was wonderful extremely helpful and went out his way to accommodate me. internet is $10/24hrs and the gym is very nice but also has a fee, which is common for high end hotels.

This is a standard Chain hotel which is good for business traveler.
