I was able to schedule a private tour of the Baker Institute through their Logistics Manager, Jason Lyons. I am so glad that I did, and that Jason personally guided me through the building and the many wonderful things to see in this building. Without a tour, one might very well walk by a artifact of great significance, and not realize what they've missed. From hand drawn doodles completed by President Reagan in a Cabinet meeting and sent to Sec. Baker as a joke; to the large mounted elk displayed in the office area, every item has a wonderful story that must be learned. There is so much to see, and the staff is kind and accommodating. The Institute does not have regularly scheduled tours, though I wish they would consider adding them, if only weekly. The facilities are world class, and the audio/video equipment is second to none. This is a great place for lectures and symposiums.
