We stayed there on a spur of the moment trip to Houston. It was inexpensive & trust me, you get what you pay for.
There are no "perks" about this place, but if you are looking for an inexpensive, quiet, & clean place to lay your head, this is it.
The only bad thing is that the business office doesn't open until 8 or 9 am & when we explained that we had a 6am checkout, I guess they didn't understand. We had left a cash deposit & needed to return the iron & ironing board, but they were closed. When we call back later to get the deposit, we were told that they couldn't mail a check to us & we would have to pick it up (we live in Michigan). So pay with a credit card & be aware of the time you have to leave.
