I stayed at this hotel, and didnt have great expectations! - BUT i was shocked to find a beautiful spacy room, with a huge comfy bed, brilliant staff, quick lifts, very clean everywhere. all round wonderful hotel.

Stayed here for one night on transit. The Hotel is nice and clean, though a bit expensive, but well worth the money.

The property is easily accesible from main highways, and is located at an upscale neighborhood, very close to Galleria mall, and a short drive to downtown Houston. Hotel offers choice of valet or self parking at a closed garage, both at a fee. The hotel lobby is quite welcoming and the staff very friendly and professional. Check in was fast. There are several elevators that serve the guest rooms and they are all quite efficient. The room was average size but very cozy and clean. Wireless internet is available in the room for a fee. There is a fully stocked mini bar in the room, but the prices for refreshments and snacks were quite prohibitive. The beds are comfortable. There is a restaurant that serves dinner and breakfast, but I did not have a chance to try it. There is also a bar at the lobby area where they serve drinks and bar food till late in the night

Overall, it was a nice experience, just a bit pricey for the hotel room as well as extras. I enjoyed the stay and will be happy to return in the future.

Very nice executive hotel. Less than a mile from The Galleria Mall, which is very nice. DSW shoe store right opposite (don't tell the wife). Secure, covered parking at reasonable cost. Staff are friendly and efficient. Comfortable rooms with great city views. Hotel has very large lobby and ball room/conference facilities - there's always something going on.
Lots of restaurants nearby, Cheescake Factory in Galleria. Hotel is right on the interstate, so your up and away in minutes.
24 hour business centre and pool.

Stayed here for one night on Thursday 16th April, I booked a normal double room but was upgraded to a club room on the 21st floor, this gave you access to an area for complementary drinks / nibbles etc. I never managed to use the free facilities but my room was large, clean and comfortable. Bathroom had perfect facilities too.
The hotel is located a few minutes away from the Galleria and even though I was only there for a short time I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I had been slightly concerned about having booked this hotel due to some of the comments on this site, as it turned out there was nothing to worry about. I would use this hotel again for business or pleasure.
