The Hotel is around 10-15 minutes from IAH. I was attending an airline interview and was staying just one night. Getting the complimentary shuttle was easy. When I arrived at the Hotel, the clerk greeted me with a smile and welcome the moment I stepped through the door. My room was clean and comfortable. The following day, the shuttle took me directly to the interview site at the airport. The only drawback, there are no restaurants nearby and had to resort to having a pizza delivered.

I had the privilege of staying four days with my family as we were on a needed vacation in the Houston area. Because of the accommodations and the easy access to site seeing locations, we enjoyed staying there in Houston. I would recommend this facility to anyone in the future. Even though we had to sit in the hotel for a day because they had tornadoes and flooding, in the area, for one day. The cookies and morning breakfast was great. We only wish that it would have been warmer, so we could have swam in the pool. Thanks for taking care of us so well.

I booked two rooms for an overnight stay prior to an early morning flight out of IAH to HNL. The reservations (one booked on the hotel website and the other with Priceline) were in order upon arrival. We didn't receive help with our many, many bags, but there was a cart we were able to use. The hotel lobby and rooms were clean, bright, and nicely decorated. The rooms had a mini-fridge and microwave, wi-fi connection, working desk, and many other features that would please a traveling business person. There was a eating area with evening happy hour, and a very nice breakfast (hot items included). Book your reservation on-line and save some $$$.

We had booked and pre-paid for 3 nights through Priceline well in advance of our arrival - and got in at 10 pm to find our room had been sold to someone else. The desk staff had gotten us a room in the hotel next door for one night and it took all 3 days and several phone calls from us to Priceline as well as multiple conversations with desk staff to ensure that we did not have to pay double for the rooms when it was a hotel error. The manager ultimately came through on the day we checked out and agreed that the hotel would cover the cost of the mistake - he was gracious and wonderful to deal with but we had 3 days of not knowing what would happen and were very unimpressed with Priceline and how their staff handled our concerns - they never returned phone calls to us!!
The hotel itself was lovely - great room, quiet, clean, nice thick towels, good quality shampoo and soaps - they gave us a larger room to try to make up for the error (didn't make up for it - but the agreement to cover the cost of the error did). The in-room safe did not work - showed battery error and a note to the room staff to fix it didn't help. There was an invasion of tiny ants in the bathroom - a dozen around at any given time - but we didn't complain about that - figured we had enough issues going on.
Fridge and microwave in room, bed is comfy, breakfast was very nice - larger selection than most - cereal, hot offerings, yogurt, fruit, waffles - all well maintained.
As others have noted it is a bit awkward to get to - coming from airport you need to go west past it and then find the u-turn to the frontage road to gain access to it via the one-way frontage road - don't miss the turn or it is a long way around again via frontage roads on the Sam Houston Pkwy.
