If you are traveling to the Galleria area and would like an ideal hotel without spending too much, this is the place. We got a great value for our visit. Our room was extremely clean and up to date, the free, hot breakfast had a lot of options, and it was cooked fresh so it was good. There was a little league tournament going on when we were there, so we were sure it was going to be loud at night, but we didn't hear anything. We were a short drive from museums, restaurants, a Target right down the street! There is no reason to spend a ridiculous amount of money in nearby hotels if you don't need to.

This is a great hotel as far as regular chain hotels go. The rooms are very clean, the staff is friendly, they have good breakfast with eggs, biscuits, cereal, sausages... wireless internet throughout. Close to shopping, restaurants etc. I would definitely stay here again.

We spent a night in this hotel in Houston and we were really satisfied.
The recepcionist was *very* friendly. The breakfast is great, with many options. The location is excellent! The housekeeping staff made a big difference in this Hampton Inn making very nice arrangements with the sheets and the towels. It was definetely a special touch...

OK, this is a Hampton Inn in the best sense. But the location is excellent, right near the Galleria and right off the freeway. I had to go to the Medical Center daily and it took me about 15 minutes by surface steets. Besides the location, the best part about this was the healthclub that was free. This was a great club and open 24 hours a day. This alone made it worth it to stay here. Remember, it is a Hampton but clean, consistent, new, free breakfast, and comfortable is not so bad. Don't look for style.
