“Surprisingly good deal on some treats.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 22, 2014

While the exterior looks like a bank, the inside has a delectable aroma from all the treats. I've only been here a couple of times, but if you stay away from the ridiculously overpriced stuff in the middle shelves (seriously, who in their right mind would buy a FRUIT CAKE for $100?), then you can get an assortment of treats, muffins, cakes and such pieced together for a really inexpensive price. The atmosphere inside is definitely more appealing that the exterior puts on, and the place is clean. If you're looking for some fresh and tasty cheap treats (or if you've ever wanted to just blow loads of cash on treats haha), this is a good spot.

“lemonade was what I expected...”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed June 12, 2014

...the rest was miniscule overpriced toast breads with slices of chicken or cheese and turkey or tuna, That's it. Indeed this is a bakery and the stands are evidently full of overpriced pecan cakes and apricot cates and some bread and bisquits. We have been recommended this place as nice for a quick lunch, we were starving barely one hour after this place. They also have two soups, small cups. The building of bakery is nice, the filler could have been so much better (not nececcerily of baked goods).

“Awful”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed May 24, 2014

Stopped here Wednesday, both of us very hungry. Saw rave reviews, and were looking forward to a good meal and some baked goods. My wife had chicken salad and I had tuna. Terrible. Tuna tasted like rotten carp. Chicken didn't have any flavor. Brownies were dry. Had better cookies at the hotel we stayed at that night. The people manning the cash register were surly and didn't listen to our orders. I don't know how they stay in business.

“Good Collin Street Bakery”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 4, 2014

We had been to the location in Corsicana and Waco and this one is new. Salads and sandwiches are very good. Lots of sweets to choose from. Nice place along this stretch of the Interstate to stop at.You will probably be tempted to take something home with you. It all looked good.

“Great Baked Goods ”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 14, 2013

I have had the best service here always. They will always open a package for sampling to let you taste before you buy. Great job!
