Just returned from an over night trip and the kids had a great time! It was spring break and therefore packed, but we expected that. That said, we arrived at 130 pm and were able to check in right away. Got unloaded, changed and hit the water! The water was COLD, so we spent a fair amount of time in the hot tub. The park itself seems most appropriate for the 4-12 age group, as there are only 5 big slides. But they are great fun! The red and green are the best! Going after dark is especially fun since the enclosed slides are dark except for the fun lights inside.
The great thing was the fact that they will let you start using the park at 1pm on check in day and can continue to use it until close on checkout day. Very convenient to charge things to the room via the wristband.
Just don't eat dinner here. The buffet is $20 for adults and $7 for kids. It is mainly starches and most food had zero seasoning. Breakfast was much better, but still pricey at $14 and $7. But you ARE paying for convenience and so we expected this.
We did not do any of the quests, but TONS of kids were running around doing them.
Fair warning, if you wait until check out time to try to find a luggage cart, you will end up following someone to the parking lot in order to get one.
Beds were HORRIBLE. Pillows were very thick and lumpy.
