Stayed at the hotel in a king studio type room for 3 nights, and there was nothing that I can say was spectacular, it was just ok for us. The room was clean, but a little on the small side, and housekeeping never touches the ceiling fan cause it was really dirty. The bed was comfortable, there were plenty of clean towels, and the staff was courteous. They really tried to cram a lot into the already small room, so there was a full size couch in the room next to the little kitchen area, and it was right on the fridge. When we called to book the room we explained that we needed a fridge since I have insulin to store. When we got to the hotel to check in, there was an issue getting a fridge, even thou the lady we spoke to on the phone was the same one checking us in, and told us we could get a fridge. Eventually we got a room with a fridge after a short wait time. My husband asked for a room upgrade since he has a high point status, but that didn't seem to matter, so oh well. We travel to TX often, but this was our first time in the area, and weren't familiar with the hotels, but would look for something a little more accommodating next time in the area.

This hotel is very close to the Grapevine Outlet Mall and Bass Pro Shop and many restaurants of about every price point. If you like BBQ then ask directions to Hard 8 just down the street.

The staff is super friendly and a great breakfast included in rate.

My friend and I stayed here for a few days while we explored the area. The hotel has a free shuttle which picked us up at the airport and was at our beck and call anytime we needed to go somewhere. We never waited long for a ride or pick up and all the drivers were friendly and offered information about the area.

The staff were friendly and offered suggestions and answered questions whenever we asked and even when we didn't, anticipating our needs.

The complimentary hot breakfast was a perfect way to start each day with a variety of items including cereals, yogurt, eggs, sausages, waffles, a variety of breads and hot and cold beverages. There was always fresh fruit sitting out and they even provided packed brown bag breakfasts for those on the go.

This hotel is affiliated with the Comfort Inn hotel next door which means we were able to use it's fitness room when ours was full and we also enjoyed it's outdoor pool, preferring to enjoy the sunshine rather than our hotel's indoor pool.

We felt totally spoiled during our stay with customer service far beyond our expectations.
