I have stayed in this hotel multiple nights over the last month on business. This hotel looks brand new. It's very clean and the rooms are nicely appointed. The lobby has a cozy little bar that also serves food in the evening--not great food, but convenient. The breakfast is a deal for $10....hot and cold buffet, plus made-to-order omelets, etc. I have found all of the front desk staff to be friendly, efficient, and professional. Free shuttle service to and from the airport.

Excellent hotel. My room was clean, very comfortable and quiet. Staff was excellent. Room service dinner was delicious and delivered quckly. I usually stay at the Hilton in Southlake but because they were booked I chose to stay here. Turned out to be the right choice from all of the many hotels to choose from. Short ride from DFW and easy access to the highways. And plenty of restaurants within walking distance. They also have a buffet breakfast, all you can eat for $9.95, and it was scrumptious. I will definitely stay here again.

It's a nice clean place to stay in when your pace DFW airport.
They have nice breakfast and not like other hotels, the breakfast is available from 6 am till 10 am, which is a good time.
In addition, they offer coffee and free snack in the lobby. Moreover, the shuttle goes to the airport every 30 min.

Checked into the HGI and was greeted by an exceptional front desk clerk. He was humorous, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The trip was great, the rooms fantastic and staff superb!!! Front desk staff upon learning i was doing my laundry, gave me the detergent and fabric softner. The vending machines were charging $1.00 each.
