The first stay was with a hotel site, and the staff was so nice, giving me a bigger room than booked, however when I went back, I was out and out told a lie. I was told the hotel was sold out, and while one room was not released to me and housekeeping was finishing it, it was given to another party after they told me to wait for it. I was given the worst room in the house, and was told there were no other rooms for me. I found out from central reservations that it was another flat out lie, and I was treated as a second class citizen. I lost complete trust with the property, and felt they did not at all care for me as a guest because it was a discounted room rate.
I felt unsafe and unwanted there at all...dont stay here if you expect respect and first class treatment.
