“1 am unexpected wake up call from desk clerk”

We arrived at the facility nov 30,checked in and walked next door to eat Chinese. We were back in the room by 8 and was asleep by 9 pm. All the sudden about 1 am comes a call from front desk that we were in the wrong room. Seems like they had another customer with same last name and put us in there handicapped room. Finally got a few more hrs sleep and confronted mgr Debbie Cruz. She was aware that we were awoke by her clerk and said we were upgraded to 2 beds. I said 2 reg beds is not an up grade,a king or suite would be an upgrade. I could tell i was getting NO where with her. I received an email from them stating i could get a $20 discount. I called cooperate and hotwire and got a complete reimbursement. I also need to mention the 3 roaches we killed in the room. Bad Bad run facility. Cendant should be ashamed.

This was a great value and easy to book, I was surprised the great rate we got. Beds were not so comfortable but I would stay there again. ...............................................................
