Four of us had a one night stay the week after Thanksgiving. Check in went very well. The room was comfortable for four adults. The breakfast items the next morning were well stocked. When a request was made for additional juice, it was met immediately. Will return to this facility.

Who is in charge .... the room were dirty and smell the beding was old and worn out , microwave dirty ,reg not working etc etc ...the cleaning personel didn't seem to know what they were doing all round BAD

I had a short one night stay and was pleased with the lobby and front counter staff when I checked in. When I got up to my room at first glance it was not bad but when I looked at the table 2 of the legs were broke off the table and just propped up under the table but if you even looked at the table wrong the legs would just fall off. I would think when the maid cleaned the room they should have noticed the state of the table so that made me question the cleanliness of the room. Later on when I was getting ready for bed I stubbed my toe towards the foot of the bed. I moved the dust ruffle and found the mattress off the wooden box it was set on. I shoved it back to center but you could see it use to be mounted to the wooden base but had become dislodged. Other than the maintenance issues the room wasn't bad but I was nervous since the room was clearly in need of some repairs but was neglected. My room was 333 on the back side of the property. Some screws and wood glue goes a long way in making someone feel like the hotel cares, you know?
