“Good hotel. Horrible management”

I brought a group of people out to McKinney for an outdoor event. . We booked 3 weeks in advance. The confirmation email said we had till 6 the day of check in to cancel. But the front desk said it was 72 hours. Then I called back they said you could have till 6 on check in. We ended up staying. Then we asked about pool hours they told us they closed at 10. Fine but 11 year old kids didn't believe me so they asked. Told them the same thing. This was at 5:30 when we checked in. No big deal right ? Apparently it was and the front desk called me at 11:30pm and started yelling at me over something that happens 6hours earlier. The kids were done swimming and in bed by 9:00 we kept our reservation for our group. So why in be world do you call a hotel guest and yell over something that did not happen. There are better hotels with better management in McKinney.
