“Good location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 6, 2014 via mobile

I booked this at a discounted rate last minute. Good place to stay for price. Internet worked well. Shower is great! Not crazy about adjustable bed, could never get comfortable. Room was very clean, everything worked well. Quiet in room. Friendly staff.

The hotel was okay, but the taste of the water was awful, and this Hilton does not give you free bottled water in your room. The cost from their downstairs pantry was $2.71 for a 16 oz. bottle ... unacceptable. Also had a loud heater.

Just a great experience! After spending many nights at the Embassy Suites, thankfully they were sold out which lead me to staying at the Hilton Garden Inn. I will now check to see if they have accommodations first!

This is a beautiful hotel in a convenient location. The staff is friendly and helpful. And the bed was the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept in other than my own. I recommend this hotel to anyone who may be in the area.

Really enjoyed staying here. Cookies were really good at night! Very easy to get into room. However the room keys were prone to becoming demagnitized easily. But the people at the front desk accomdated easily.

We have stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn twice now. It's a great central location close to the mall, ballpark, ice arena, and easy access to tollway and a ton of restaurants. The lobby is warm and inviting as well as the staff at check in. The rooms are clean, good size, and have fridge, microwave, etc. There was only one reason why I didn't give all five stars, the bed. Most Hilton properties we stay at the bed is super comfy. This bed seemed old and stiff. The bedding also seemed aged and not fluffy. We got some sleep, but the beds can definitely use some improvement. Overall we would stay at this hotel again, I just hope they upgrade their beds and bedding sooner rather than later.

Great place to stay with so many things nearby. Hotel staff was great. Dining experience was great. Overall experience was great. Rooms very nice and clean. Check in and check out were very smooth. Will probably stay here again for personal and/or business purposes. The use of the Board Room for our business meeting was excellent.
