First off I want to thank the Concierge, Jessica. She rocked at getting us such a nice room and being so helpful. She knows our wedding is planned at this hotel for June 2013 and I know she will be a great help!!
Room was on 15th floor and a corner room with a wonderful view. We loved it and were so happy!!
Only big complaint is when you pay over $300 for a night and are an Omni member with turn down service I expect it to be done. I called twice to make certain turn down service would be completed and after an expensive evening downstairs we return to a still messy room and no turn down:(
This has made us seriously reconsider paying for the Luxury Suite for our wedding weekend. Plus we have 10 rooms reserved for 2 nights during that weekend. I am new to Omni and always stay at Hilton Hotels. This was a first for us at this hotel and even though the room, hotel and concierge were amazing, housekeeping plays a key factor in our hotel stays.
I do recommend this hotel though and hope for our wedding weekend everything is perfect!!

This was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. It was very convenient to the Convention Center. The rooms were very spacious and decorated beautifully. The room didn't get cleaned one day and we had to call for clean towels. Other than that it was a good experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Omni. The room was spacious and the decor was beautiful. It was our anniversary so they upgraded us to a huge corner room with a view from two directions, although i do wish it overlooked Sundance Square. We also got in on a special rate which made it all more enjoyable. We will return.

We recently spent the night in the Omni for a graduation ceremony for our daughter. The hotel is very beautiful with good sized rooms and the room for the graduation was quite nice. The actual hotel rooms were well decorated and the washroom/shower were The reception before dinner was superb although the lineup for the two bars was too much. There were at least 600-700 people at this function so two bartenders wasn't really enough. The food at the dinner was adequate but the service was excellent! There was an after dinner party as well which was good. The breakfast was very tasty with quite a variety of different foods and a superb omelet station as well. The service was top notch! All in all, it was a very good stay.
