And the room space and furnishings were better. 12 more TV channels. The microwave worked and ES room had a larger mini fridge. And there was a free happy hour (unlimited cocktails and heavy handed pouring!). And a free cook to order breakfast. And it only took us 5 minutes to retrieve our valet parked car (the competitor toook 1 hour and 20 minutes the week before). ES are now owned by Hilton and it shows, especially within the service level. This is one block from the Bass Hall and Sundance Square. And it has a terrific Thai restaurant with an extensive menu and a beautiful bar, independently owned but same great service.
Definitely staying here for all my future Bass Hall events I will attend!

Great customer service. Extremely friendly from the minute we walked in, to offering us some bottled water for our long drive ahead on exit.
Big rooms, yes they're not the swankiest but remember, this is the Embassy Suites. Staff quickly put together our sofabed and crib for my kids. This means a lot when you have tired, jetlagged children.
Decent buffet breakfast with a large area to sit. There is also a good cafe at the front of the hotel.
Valet parking is expensive. On Sunday you can park opposite for free and round the corner is a cheaper carpark for overnight.
If you want a suite in the heart of downtown Fort Worth, I highly recommend staying here.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in early September. Our suite was comfortable, quiet and clean. The staff was really nice and everyone from the check-in staff to the doorman really made us feel welcomed and they really seem to care about us having a great stay. They were all smiling, helpfull, gave us tips about the restaurants in the area. They all appeared to enjoy working at this place. The gym was clean, but some of the machines needed maintenance. The pool was indoors and was crowded with kids, so we didn't go. We enjoyed the outdoor patio at night for drinks before going out to dinner. I most certainly go there again.

room service requests were delived immediately
Managers reception staff Tori and Ryan were great.
Hotel was very close to Convention Centre.
Check in was efficient and smooth, Ashlyn was excellent
