“If you miss Thai Tango in Parker Square, Flower Mound”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 21, 2012

Then this is the place for you. Same owners and a more extensive menu. On the ground floor of the Embassy Suites hotel, this is just a block from the Bass Hall. Beautiful bar. Accomodating. Exceptional service.
Dinner prices are same as Blue Mesa's lunch menu and less than Pappadeux lunch menu! Quiet atmosphere and those white tablecloths and napkins that seem to be missing in so many restaurants now days.

“Excellent Thai food in downtown.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 20, 2012

Simply excellent in all areas. We especially like to come here before an event at Bass Hall. Valet parking literally steps away from the restaurant's entry. Inexpensive wine list, a nice bar, and a wide array of authentic Thai offerings. We've never been even slightly disappointed.

“Good Thai”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 12, 2012

I had a variation of the standard Pad Thai which had curry and I found very good. My colleague also had a good meal and food servings were generous. The restaurant was nearly empty when we came in, which was disconcerting. The decor was nice, and would be good for a couple or date night (unfortuneately I was on a business trip). I found the prices to be OK, maybe a little high for Thai but this is a nice place located downtown.

“Disappointed”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed October 5, 2012

Disappointed, my visit was on a Tuesday about 8:00p there were only 6 other customers, not a good sign. The service was dreadful, our server acted like it was his first week. He had no real knowledge of the menu and couldn't answer simple questions. The food took forever to be served, the shrimp on my Pad Thai was way overcooked and the noodles were dried out. I suspect part of that was due to the server spending so much time talking to the bartender and not checking if our food was up. The prices were high, no doubt due to the hotel and downtown location, but if the food had been good I wouldn't have minded. Won't give this place a second chance.

Not one to typically use a hotel restaurant when staying In the hotel when there are so many options downtown but.....
This restaurant is worth it. The food service atmosphere etc is great. Give it a try if you are in the area
