We started our evening at the bar with a Dark Rum Painkiller and a Texas Martini. The service was quick and the drinks tasty.
Jayme (sp?), the hostess seated us at a great corner table with a view of the dining room and the other patrons. Our reservation was made by our hotel staff and Jayme knew it was our special evening to celebrate. The table was perfect as were the two complementary glasses of champagne.
Tommy was our server and answered all our questions as first time diners at Grace. My wife ordered the Meyer Ranch 6oz Filet with the Caramelized Red Onion and Mushrooms topping. I had the 10oz Filet with the American Artisan Blue Cheese topping. We shared the Potato Gratin.
Lioneel, the sommelier, served us an excellent Turley, Rattlesnake Ridge, Howell Mountain Zinfandel.
We finished our evening by sharing the Warm Chocolate Pudding Cake.
The food, the service, the ambiance could not have been better. We certainly will return.
