“Great staff, average location”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 9, 2012 via mobile

They've done a decent job of keeping the room decor up to date. The lobby is modern and comfortable but oddly arranged. Staff was very courteous and the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the location of this hotel is not near its downtown nightlife. They do provide a free shuttle, however. Due to being so close to the freeway and railways, it was not a quiet stay at all. The walls are paper thin and we easily heard full conversations of our neighbors, among other things. The layout of the room was odd; very spatious corner suite, but no way to move the TV so you can see it from the bed due to the bedposts. The bathroom was also very small compared to the size of the room. Breakfast was mediocre, but service hard to come by, albeit very friendly. Not bad for the price of the room overall.

Stayed Nov. 24, 2012 and again on Nov. 27, 2012. Great employees, very helpful and friendly, from the van drivers to the restaurant staff. Front desk staff, wonderful, especially Verlilah! Loved my suite upgrade on my first visit. Nice club lounge and very attentive hostess!

If I need a place to stay because I want to spend the night in Fort Worth, this place usually pops up when bidding on Priceline. And usually with Priceline, you get the lowest quality place within a category. This fits the bill. It looks older, outdated, and service is very average. Even the rates I pay on priceline, I don't think this hotel is worth it. I rather stay at a Hilton Garden Inn or something like that. And I don't understand why they feel they can throw 'Spa' into the title of the place. That doesn't look like much of a Spa.

Don't come her if you are looking for something more than just a place to sleep. It's very.....MEH. Shop around and pick a different place.

Thank you for your review. I apologize if we did not meet your expectations. We do have a full spa that offers more than 60 services with everything from massage to facials to nail services. They also offer spa packages for wedding parties or getaways for groups and couples massage.

Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. This is a 3 star hotel with a 1 star attitude a 1 star clientele. I should have known this was not going to be a peaceful stay when the group checking in beside me lugged in their 5 cases of beer and the man checking in almost spilled the beer he was drinking on the check-in desk as he was checking in, all without the slightest look of concern from the front desk.

Where to start...there was the dog fight (seriously, real dogs)in someone's room at around 4 in the afternoon, the drunks waking everyone up on the floor at 1:30 am, the ongoing party with people loudly coming and going until 3:00 am, the music pouring into our room at 3:05 am after security finally came up to see what was going on, and now at 3:30 am as I am typing this...peace.

Think you could find a better option somewhere else? Let me help you with a couple of ideas:

1. A college form on a Friday night
2. A frat house on any night
3. 6th street in Austin at closing time

If this seems like your kind of crowd, go for it. However, if you are expecting a nice hotel where you can feel safe and secure and get a good night's rest, you will definitely want to go somewhere else.

Thank you for your feedback. I apologize you had so many noise issues to deal with. We do have a zero tolerance noise policy. The hotel has quiet time after 10 p.m. and when the front desk receives a noise complaint they send security up to handle the noise complaint.
Please let me know if there is anything I can assist you with.

My husband and I stayed at the Sheraton for five nights recently, and it was totally problem free! The room was spacious and clean and the beds were really comfortable. Bathroom was small (typical hotel bath) but well-appointed. The pool and jacuzzi were top-notch and were never crowded. Best of all were the staff! Every last one always had a smile and cheerful "hello" when we crossed paths. We really enjoyed the restaurant and bar, too. Definitely a great place to stay in Ft. Worth.

I have stayed at many location in downtown Fort Worth as a result of business travel. I always stay at the Sheraton now. They offer self parking, the pool is very clean and relaxing setting, breakfast was delicious (although I wish there were a few more options that varied each day). The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. The front desk does need some more manpower during their busy times though. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for family, couples or business.

Said no to self park since the parking lot seems unsafe and right next to railroad tracks but valet is not much more per day. Trains were not loud at night, though!

Lobby was recently renovated but the room was old and outdated. I felt like since I used Priceline that I was stuck in the worst room on purpose. It lists this hotel as 4 stars but in the same category as the Hilton and Omni which are far above.

Not really anything to so around the hotel at night unless going to the convention center.
