The rooms are very large. They have a large desk dresser set a closet and a small table and chair. Plenty of room. The room was okay. I suspect that the bathroom was not cleaned because a note was left in the bathroom for room service and it was not touched. The bathroom floor looked dirty and we found a hair on the commode. Toilet paper roller was broken and the toilet paper finally was taken off and put on the back of the commode to keep it from falling off the roller.

The nickeling and diming was outrageous. They charge $12.00 per day for self-parking. A 12 oz soft drink is $2.17, the charge for using their ATM is $3.80 per transaction. They did not provide for a free breakfast not even a Continental style. Instead they charged such expensive prices that we went to find breakfast elsewhere. Hotel staff refused to make extra change when making a debit card transaction. Evidentially, the Sheraton chain has not learned about guest centered hospitality.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the Fort Worth Convention Center, Water Gardens and the hot night life of downtown Fort Worth.

Stayed Nov. 24, 2012 and again on Nov. 27, 2012. Great employees, very helpful and friendly, from the van drivers to the restaurant staff. Front desk staff, wonderful, especially Verlilah! Loved my suite upgrade on my first visit. Nice club lounge and very attentive hostess!

If I need a place to stay because I want to spend the night in Fort Worth, this place usually pops up when bidding on Priceline. And usually with Priceline, you get the lowest quality place within a category. This fits the bill. It looks older, outdated, and service is very average. Even the rates I pay on priceline, I don't think this hotel is worth it. I rather stay at a Hilton Garden Inn or something like that. And I don't understand why they feel they can throw 'Spa' into the title of the place. That doesn't look like much of a Spa.

Don't come her if you are looking for something more than just a place to sleep. It's very.....MEH. Shop around and pick a different place.

Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. This is a 3 star hotel with a 1 star attitude a 1 star clientele. I should have known this was not going to be a peaceful stay when the group checking in beside me lugged in their 5 cases of beer and the man checking in almost spilled the beer he was drinking on the check-in desk as he was checking in, all without the slightest look of concern from the front desk.

Where to start...there was the dog fight (seriously, real dogs)in someone's room at around 4 in the afternoon, the drunks waking everyone up on the floor at 1:30 am, the ongoing party with people loudly coming and going until 3:00 am, the music pouring into our room at 3:05 am after security finally came up to see what was going on, and now at 3:30 am as I am typing this...peace.

Think you could find a better option somewhere else? Let me help you with a couple of ideas:

1. A college form on a Friday night
2. A frat house on any night
3. 6th street in Austin at closing time

If this seems like your kind of crowd, go for it. However, if you are expecting a nice hotel where you can feel safe and secure and get a good night's rest, you will definitely want to go somewhere else.
