Stopped in here during a visit to Fort Worth, very nice museum in downtown.

Purchased a couple of Remington prints that we have framed in the house.

Very helpful staff, very nice experience.

“Don't miss it”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 10, 2012

This museum is located in Sundance Square. If you are in Fort Worth, don't miss the chance to stop by and experiance the western art that this little museum has to offer. There are some amazing works from Remington and Russell, including some of the night sceans that Remington is famous for.

“The West is Alive!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 8, 2012

This compact little museum is wonderful to peruse. On my first visit, I took a short stroll through. But the subsequent visits found me looking at the detail of the paintings of Remington and Russell.

“Beautiful Gem in the Heart of Downtown”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 29, 2012

This little museum is a must visit for art lovers, and anyone who loves the American West. The works by Russell and Remington tell that story through vivid, emotional art. You can feel emotion in the people, horses, and other animals. Remington's nocturnal paintings are stunning. This is especially a great museum for parents to take their children. It's free, not too large, and the paintings contain exciting scenes of the old west that fascinate many children. You help your kids develop an appreciation of art, and since the museum is downtown, make a special afternoon of it, see a movie or show too, and get a bite to eat at one of the numerous nearby restaurants.

If Remington and Russell are your kind of art - this is a must. Plus lots of great restaurants nearby.
