“Excellent Staff”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 11, 2012

Great hotel with first class service from the staff. Terri Williams was very helpful in helping me get checked in for my flight on the way out of Dallas. Across the board this Hilton property has wonderful people working for them who there to assist the guests at all times. Thank you to all of the staff for a great experience and making my stay so comfortable.

I have been in this hotel at least 5 times a year in the last 10 years and I will still go. It's a huge hotel and sometimes a bit crowded (when there are conventions) but if you stay at the tower you'll find a very quite ambience, beautiful huge rooms with all the conforts and a hilton service overall that you'll love. Wifi is complementary for hilton honor guests and breakfast too at the tower. Health club is huge and really nice and spa too. Price is convenient. I recommend it for business trips.

Room Tip: I recommend tower rooms

Had not stayed here in 10 years. Still beautifully maintained. Rooms updated nicely. No breakfast spot in Towers. Parking was problematic. No late dining options other than room service. Overall, a nice hotel.

Expanse, art museum, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms, very small bathroom but everything worked. Restaurant was ok. We didn't go to their famous Ser restaurant that is only open for dinner.

Room Tip: Don't getting a connecting room as the sound from the neighboring room can be very loud.

The hotel has an amazing collection of Asian art throughout the hotel, and in the rooms too. For me parking and the fitness center was included with the conference price, and the fitness center was basically a separate sports club with great facilities, including classes, basketball, squash and racket all. SER restaurant was decent, but a bit overpriced for the food, but it does have an amazing view of downtown Dallas. The hotel is not walkable to anything other than the hotel property - which is quite large, but other activities would require a car/taxi/shuttle.

I stayed here for a 4 night business stay. The hotel is large and very comfortable, the rooms are large and clean. The service is good but for the deal I had the hotel charged extra for the use of the gym which was disappointing. The hotel was a taxi ride away from downtown Dallas but I had a good stay and would consider it for business again.

I was here for 3 nights for a convention and stayed in the Atrium part of the hotel. They have both a tower and Atrium section connected by lobby areas. The room was nice and comfortable and clean. I wish I had a tad more room in the bathroom since the door took up a lot of space but it was not a huge problem. While I was there the lobby areas were freezing cold but I am not sure if that is normal or just due to the fact that a cold wave had hit after many warm days and the air might have still been on. I enjoyed that they had a grab and go type restaurant with coffee, quiche, breakfast sandwiched, yougurt, fruit, sandwiches, wine and full bar located in the main section that allowed for a quick easy meal when traveling alone and eating at odd times. I would also suggest you go out side and walk the courtyard area and see all the sculptures and art in the hotel and outside. The gym is very nice and has just about anything you could want.
