Brenda, with housekeeping, was very helpful and went the second mile to obtain an additional refrigerator we were unpacking her belongings. We had shopped at Central Market and needed more space to keep food fresh.
Corey, with the valet service, was EXCEPTIONAL! He remembered me from a different hotel where he had worked a full year earlier. He was very polite, cordial, and ready to serve. I have bragged about him to many others where I live.
Kristen Achttien at the front desk was a good listener as I commented why I had become confused by the directions which a hotel operator had given me. When I told her I wanted to brag on some employees, she told me the website where I could enter these comments.
George was also helpful when I called for help in navigating the website to give a review. I have found other "help desk" employees start giving answers before they hear the question. George was patient and walked me through the steps to arrive at this survey form.
