“Tacos you will be back for.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 29, 2012

Stop in and get gas and a few tacos. Or just swing in and grab some tacos but make sure you grab a few tacos because they are very good!

“Tacos From A Gas Station.....Yeah Buddy!!!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 28, 2012

Stopped by Fuel City to pick up some of the much talked about tacos. They were excellent. I got one with a flour tortilla and one with a corn tortilla. They have breakfast tacos as well. All very modestly priced. Get it to go cause no place to eat except out on their patio and on a 105 degree day, not the best place to be.

“Gas station tacos par excellence”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 22, 2012

It's a tourist trap complete with real live longhorns under a superhighway overpass, but the tacos are cheap and sensational, the pastor (pork) especially.

“5 Stars for what it is”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 17, 2012

It's a truck stop/gas station. Maybe a nice one but that's what it is. But the reason people rave about the place is the tacos. And they are great. Also it is just cool to take someone from out of town there and watch their reaction when you arrive. But the tacos are serious business. Plan to eat standing up if you want air conditioning. Get some elote while you are there. Grab an ice cold beer. Life is good.

“Elotes for all!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 1, 2012

This is a fun and most definitely casual place. We had some great tacos on a busy Saturday lunch. They were less than $2. They made a mistake on our order--daughter does not like onions, but they fixed it right away. A great place to go on a nice day. Picnic tables are outside for seating. We also loved the elotes! Creamy, smooth goodness!
We did not get a chance to see the longhorn and cattle, but that will be the next visit.
