I have stayed here a couple of times and have never been let down. If flying out of DFW you can't beat this hotel. You can walk or shuttle to your terminals, the rooms are always clean and the food is great. I highly recommend it.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your compliments regarding our hotel and service! We do not recommend walking through the parking garage with luggage due to multiple stairways. The hotel offers complimentary shuttle service, which runs every 20 minutes, for all travelers to the airport terminals. From the airport, simply use the touch screens in baggage claim to access the hotel and a shuttle is dispatched immediately. We look forward to serving you again.

I prepaid for one night several months in advance of my trip. Then I got charged again after my stay. When I called to correct this error I got a message that they are only open form 7-7 M-F. Funny how they will take your money at any time of day but if you want to correct an error of theirs, then you have to jump through hoops. This is so unprofessional and unacceptable. In addition, the bus to the hotel took about 25 minutes. In the morning back to the airport it was packed full and some folks had to wait for a second bus - not good if you have to catch a plane.

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency at the Airport in Dallas on December 21st before flying to Jamaica on the 22nd. When we boarded the flight my husband realized that he had left his IPad in the hotel room. He called the Hyatt from Jamaica and spoke to Brett in securityat explaining what had happened. Brett confirmed that the IPad had been found and that they would hold it for 30 days or until a suitable date when it could be shipped to our home in California. On our return we had a tight connection thru Dallas on to San Francisco and did not have the time to go to the Hyatt so my husband called the hotel, spoke to Brett asking if he would give the IPad to the bus shuttle driver who would be coming to the airport to pick up and drop off guests and we would meet the bus at curbside and collect the ipad. We were still in customs and time was pressing but Brett said once we were in the right terminal and had the gate number, to call him back. My husband made the call and was surprised and delighted to be told that a courier had been sent with the IPad and would meet him curbside to deliver it. Sure enough the driver came within two minutes and after checking ID handed over the IPad. We are so impressed with this fabulous customer service that we will be making the Hyatt our preferred hotel in the future. Should also say that the hotel is very convenient to the airport with a great shuttle service and very nice rooms.

This hotel is located right in the heart of DFW Airport, so this is a great place to stay if you have a layover or if you want to be close to the airport. Hotel is newly renovated however some we did experience some issue with our shower as well as the television. We order room services and the food is somewhat overpriced for its value but what hotel food isn't. Hotel has a large lobby area with several dining options, pool located outside lobby and a fitness center mid-level. Hotel does validate parking with in/out privileges. The rooms are said to be sound proof and for the most part they are with little distractions from planes and traffic. The only negative is that the hotel located adjacent to a terminal and traffic in and out is very heavy.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a runway view

I spent 6 nights here with my Fiancee' and couldnt have enjoyed my stay any better! From customer service at the front desk to the warm welcomes at the front door to the house keeping ladies this place knows customer loyalty and value! The room was spacious and nicely decorated with modern elegance and enjoyed the comfortable couch instead of sitting on the bed! Great restroom with walk in shower. Only grip was that my TV setup did not have an HDMI input for my laptop but other then that great hotel and great staff. Wonderful fitness room and just overall cleaningness of the hotel. Felt like home away from home. Will definitely stay again and look into a suite next time.

P.S parking is a bit of a hassel but once you got your ticket validation done every time you leave the DFW airport you save yourself 20$ each time you leave the gate (Hyatt has free parking)

Room Tip: 11th floor..quiet as can be..surprising for an airport!

The room was quiet and clean, bellman and front desk staff were top notch.

A challenge we had was the lack of an in room safe. The have safety deposit boxes, but only 5 that would hold an ipad. So we had to carry a backpack with all our valuables
out to eat because of lack of safe or safety deposit box.

Catching the shuttle was a bit of a challenge. Upon reflection i would have their front desk number in my cell phone. We had to find random help phones and go through a series of electronic options to request a shuttle.

We also roamed around their lower level, they have a huge amount of space that would be great for almost any conference.

Stayed 1 night = Dec 28th for an early morning flight = 2 adults, 2 kids ages 9 & 7. My son loves airports & planes so I requested a runway view room for $10 more so he could watch the planes. We were on the 9th floor so it was a good view. We will stay again when we visit our family in Dallas...

Pros:
* Great views
* Super airport location, can walk but a free shuttle runs (easier to take)
* Clean, modern Lobby
* Friendly, professional staff
* Pool looked nice although too cold for us to use!
* Computer in lobby to access your airline and print boarding passes
* I could not believe this nice hotel was only $100 a night!!
* Rooms clean, quiet for an airport hotel and comfy beds
* Monitors by elevator in lobby to update you on flights - handy!

Cons:
* No free internet but no big deal as we were there one night and the price was right.
* Hotel had a sit-down restaurant but it was closed as we were told it was off-season so it left us with eating at the lounge with a very limited menu and just OK pricy food but with only1 night, again, no big deal. There is a coffee shop with fruit, yogurt, a few sandwich choices & muffins, nice!
