“Crab Cake Heaven”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 6, 2013

These are the best Crab Cakes anywhere. There is more crab than breading. The breading is cooked just right with a light crust on the top. Wonderful! Then there's the cocktails by the professional bartenders. We love this place!

“Great Sea Food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 12, 2013

Recently in Dallas on vacation. Was in the Galleria Mall around lunch time so dropped in at lunch time. Was seated with no problems or wait (but this was midweek). Nice quiet atmosphere with plenty of booth seating for privacy but tables and bar seating were available as well.

Had veggies and sour dough bread brought to table. Veggies cold and crisp. Bread hot and fresh with whipped butter on the side.

For an appetizer had the baby bib blue cheese salad. Came with an interesting maple syrup vinaigrette dressing. Also topped with walnuts. Very delicious.

Main corse with the mixed seafood grill. Had grilled fish of the day (barramundi this day) with was slightly sweet and flakey. Simply adorned with little salt, pepper, and olive oil while grilled. Had some crab meat stuffed butterflied shrimp that was topped with a capers and cream sauce. Nice and lighter than one would think. Also came with some sauteed shrimp with what appeared to be an orange sauce. Again very nice.

All this was accompanied by a bottle of La Marca Prosecco. They have a very extensive wine and drink list.

For dessert, a chocolate cake a la mode with caramel and fudge sauce. The portion easily served two and possibly three or four.

A very enjoyable lunch worth repeating. This was expensive (about $140 before tax and tip) but well worth it.

“Always Excellent”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 22, 2013

Expensive but always excellent and not overpriced for the quality of food and service you receive. I eat here at least half a dozen times per month and always highly recommend as a staple restaurant. Great wine by the glass list and well made drinks.

“Superior seafood and service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 14, 2013

Spent our 10 year anniversary here, my wife being from Europe along the coast is of course, very picky about here seafood. We were really happy with the food, extremely well prepared, first time in years I have seen her really enjoy seafood. And at the end, the surprise Baked Alaskan desert was five stars! Looking forward to the next visit, a real jewel in Texas!.
