“Needs a new management”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed December 21, 2012

This place is so filthy and not even worth the stay. As expensive as it is, you got to pay extra money to get room service. I think that is why is so nasty and dirty because of the room service, unlike other hotels they are way more cheaper, and they provide room service free. The only difference is the kitchen, and they don't have plates or cups or anything. This place needs to be under new manifests and needs new workers too because most of them do drugs and one of them got fired from stealing money off the register. This place is also falling apart, it may look nice in the front but when you go around the back the roof covers are falling apart.

This hotel is completely falling apart. It is in need of a major renovation. A/C unit cover fell off the unit. Cigarette burns in carpet and on the counter tops.TV remote control missing. Microwave worn out. Only one elevator works and it squeaks likes hell. Only one ice machine works in the entire hotel. No luggage carts. Curtains worn out. I called the front desk to complain but nothing got done. The only reason I stayed is because the Baymont Inn (Love Field) was sold out.

Stayed 2 nights late October 2012, and lets start with the TV did not work, the carpet was disgusting, there were roaches in the bath tub, the hallways wreaked of smoke and there were nasty homeless type people staying the and they even begged for money from me. I would cringe knowing I had to sleep there after a long day in Dallas. This hotel should be torn down!

I got several bites from some kind of insect during my stay here. I think it was fleas, although I didn't actually see any bugs. I'll skip this one next time.

I stayed two nights last weekend. Will never go back and would discourage others from it also. Here are just few examples from first night. The luggage carts to be found, nonworking elavators, ice machines ,refrigerator, missing kitchen supplies,2 towels for 4 people, rude employees, carpets dirty with huge stains, foul odors in hallways, the furniture had tears, curtains very worn with holes letting light in, exercise area non working. Very scary looking folks walking halls would not let daughter go anywhere by herself.I expected more for over $100 dollars night!

The lobby was nice. The first room I was given was 115. It smelled terrible, the bed had a dirty bedspread and no pillow. There were no towels, no hangers, no phone and the floor was disgusting. I brought the receptionist to my room who apologized profusely, and I was moved to another room 328. It didn't smell as bad and had towels but was still awful. The floor and rug were so horrible I kept my shoes on to walk on it. The wind whistled eerily through the door all night. I couldn't bring myself to shower there. I've stayed at other Suburban Extended Stay hotels and the rooms were cheap and clean and for the most part in good repair. I think this hotel needs to be condemned, Based on other reviews it sounds like they might have some ok rooms but I would never recommend this hotel based on my experience.

I was in town for a week for work training and wanted something close by and cheap with a kitchen. This was, had a little kitchen so it was great for what I needed. Gave me convenient place to stay for a low rate.
