We stayed here while travelling for a wedding in Dallas. The first thing we saw upon arrival, a table of free cookies and hot apple cider! I don't know if it was because we had traveled all day, or if it because I'm 8 months pregnant, but that was enough for my high rating!

We ate at the restaurant for dinner, where I had some of the best bass in my life, and ordered the room service for breakfast which was also good! ( expensive, but we were not paying ... maybe my rating would be lower if I saw the bill!)

The gym is 24 hours which was great for me, as I get up quite early to workout. The pool had literally no one at it while we were there, which might be because we're from Canada and it was Dec... maybe it was too cold for people.

Service was always good and the staff were friendly.

Our drive is over 3 hours from our home to the airport, so we stay here when we have an early flight. The hotel is very clean and attractive; you might even think the room is luxurious. Breakfast is fast and very good. I don't know how they make the rooms so sound-proof at an airport hotel. I listened for planes and didn't hear any! Great towels, great bed, great bathroom. I recommend this hotel to anyone that needs an overnight at Dallas/Ft. Worth Airport. Our drive to our terminal was 2 minutes.

I stayed here while attending a meeting recently and was pleasantly surprised. My room was extremely comfortable and the staff was courteous and helful. I am looking forward to future visits to the Grand Hyatt DFW.

Rooms at Hyatt were good quality and large. However, the hotel is at Terminal D of Dallas Fort Worth airport. Few things to be aware of if you stay there: the hotel toutes that rooms are quiet and that is correct but the filters used in the rooms to make them quiet are very noisy. We had to be moved and even then an engineer had to come up and tweak the vents before the noise was tolerable. Staying inside the airport means you are charged 25.00 if you want to leave the airport area by taxi. Other then the hotel restaurant which is greatly overpriced and has a limited menu, the only restaurants open to you are inside security at the airport. You have to get special clearance from hotel, then security walks you to security gate where you are patted down very completely before being allowed to go through to what ends up being "airport food". Nice place to stay if you are just going in or out overnight, otherwise, stay somewhere outside of the airport like Arlington. Much better hotels and restaurants!
