Stayed at other 4/5 star hotels in Dallas. I tend to come back to the Adolphus.
4 Seasons too far in Las Colinas, ZaZa silly trendy, Cresent and Mansion tired and old rooms, and W and Ritz are just ok.
Adolphus is a classic. French restaurant excellent! Rooms are quirky shapes but large and comfortable - old hotels have odd shaped rooms but this works and makes each unique.
Staff is attentive and really want to do a good job - when is the last time you can say that at a trendy hotel?
Overall, I was surprised by the hotel. It has re-invented itself as a larger luxury boutique hotel with a great location.
Have gone back and will again. Good luck to them.
