I´ve stayed one night for business and the hotel is perfect, well located in Downtown Dallas , with a top chef restaurant Charlie Palmer, everyone at the hotel refers to you by your name starting from the doorman up to the Gm at the hotel, the amenities are excellent, Bulgary, The dinner unbelievable , If yoy have to choose for a location , just by the name of the street you´ll know you are in the perfect place MAIN.

I stayed in the hotel 10/05/12-10/07/12 in a dlx loft suite on the 18th floor. To be brief the management checked me in to this room knowing that the entire 18th floor which houses all of there large suites had no hot water nor did any of the showers work for the entire weekend! I had to go down to the 5th floor when i wanted to shower the entire time. Again I stayed here based upon the comments and honestly do not know what all the hype is about. I would say it is an average hotel in line with a typical W. No spa, small fitness center with no locker room, no sauna or steam. I will not be returning to this hotel......

Every person at this hotel from the butler to the door man was so kind and helpful! We were so impressed with our experience and we will definitely be retuning! We were greeted with glasses of champagne and juice for our children. The restaraunt was also very good. 5 stars!

Spent the usually crazy Texas OU weekend at The Joule in Dallas with my wife and two kids, 9 and 11. The staff, lead by Jeffrey Landesberg, went out of their way to accommodate us from curbside to room and back again. They had games and snacks waiting for the kids and a nice glass of champagne and beers for the adults. The valets, the front desk staff, the security guys, the bell staff--everyone was amazing. Charlie Palmer food for breakfast and dinner was excellent. And the rooftop pool and lounging areas were perfect to kill some time with the kids. There was some noise but that is to be expected on a big football weekend and the hotel dealt with it immediately and it was a non-issue. We will definitely go back, many times.

Myself and two colleagues spent 24 hours in Dallas this week - as well as visiting this great city for the first time, what made our stay so memorable was the world class service from the front of house team at The Joule. Of particular note were Matt and Travis who drove us on numerous occasions in the house car. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they are a credit to the Joule and to American hospitality. This is a great service for guests, especially for those like us who had so little time but managed to do so much. We also had amazing service in the restaurant for lunch when we arrived (great good and cocktails too). Pool bar also wonderful (as are the funky bedrooms!).

Was raining when we arrived, hotel did there best to keep everyone dry. Checked in was quick having 4 attendants at the desk. Were offered a free upgraded room. Rooms were well appointed with small extras that you would expect at this price point.
Bed was nice, A/C worked well, and hotel was quiet.
Only 2 complaints, bathrooms for the hotel in the lobby are in the basement with only 1 elevator that goes to them, very strange and 2nd, ordered room service and the attendant tried to come into the room without being invited. I met him at the door for a reason, which seemed to upset him, which if the tip wasnt included he would of lost it completely. Its a bottle of Champange I dont need it poured.

Check out was quick, valet was there within 5 minutes with the vehicle, would highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

Contemporary but comfortable rooms. The right balance between a W and a St. Regis. Fantastic food and superb wine at Charlie Palmer. There's some construction around the hotel right now, but it doesn't effect your experience inside the hotel. Instead it made me excited for all the improvements to come in Jan. 2013 when it's all done. Can't wait for my next business trip to Dallas.
