The staff and facilities are superb. The location to Dallas Love Field Airport is perfect. Attended conferences in meeting rooms, dined in the hotel restaurant, enjoyed every bit of my business trip. Thank you to the wonderful front desk and the General Manager for accommodating me!

I love this location adjacent to Dallas Love Field and close to my aunts house on Boca Bay Drive. This is so convenient and is the airoport in Dallas that Southwest flies into out of Denver DIA. And such a pleasure dealing with the Wyndham personel. I will continue to use this hotel as I visit with relatives in Dallas. Thanks for you hospitality and awesome facility.

Thank you for taking time to post your comments on Trip Advisor about your stay at Wyndham Dallas Love Field. We are sorry to hear your overall experience was unsatisfactory.

We definitely agree you should not have been charged the ten cents that was added to your final bill. An amount such as this is typically adjusted off; however, we have several new associates that were not familiar with this business standard. I apologize for the inconvenience and would like for you to know our Rooms Director has skilled them on the best practice for this situation.

I also notified our Executive Housekeeper about the difficulty you encountered with the refrigerator. While we don’t know which room you stayed in we do have our room attendants checking appliances as they clean. I’m confident this matter has been corrected.

Your opinion matters to us and we appreciate your sharing your concerns with us. We take pride in offering clean, well-maintained rooms and courteous, professional service to our guests. We hope you will reconsider staying with us in the future.

“Extended stay - great hotel”

Stayed here for about 6 weeks and apart from it being a great hotel, the staff is very friendly, and the food is outstanding. Its perfect for an extended stay with an in-house laundry room and a full-service gym close by.

Room Tip: Ask for a corner room, they are bigger

“Hotel experience”

We have stayed at this hotel about 3 times in last 5 mos and we always enjoy our stay. The convenience to the airport and shuttle service is great. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and the rooms are nice,clean and bed is very comfortable.
