I had several hotel options to choose from on this business trip. I thought about staying at the Hilton a couple blocks away and tripadvisor had horrible reviews and this one had great reviews. The staff at this Marriott were outstanding, excellent customer service skills. The GM was outstanding when I talked to her about a meal I had at the restaurant. The hotel restaurant has great food and servers. The room was comfortable and the bed was great. I would come back to this hotel every trip to Dallas.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights last weekend. We were greeted warmly and our room was excellent. We received the AAA rate of $79.20 and what a great value that was. Only wish the concierge lounge was open on the weekend, because it was a great place for coffee and breakfast on Monday morning! The location was great- we got to our daughter's house in less than 10 minutes. Definitely would highly recommend this hotel!!

I have family in Dallas and have been looking for a nice hotel in a great location and now I've found it! The Marriott is in a perfect location - close to everything we want to do. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are clean, large, and comfortable. They even have a huge bathtub, which is unusual these days. This is not your run of the mill hotel.

We had a drink in the hotel bar and it was very comfortable. We had great service all around. You won't be disappointed.

The hotel was comfortable with nice decor and the bed was very comfortable. I was in a room that faced the courtyard/pool. The other side faced the main road which would have been noisy from the traffic.
The neighborhood did not appear to be safe to walk around at night since it's not located in the heart of Dallas. However, having a car to bypass the walking is okay since parking is complimentary.
There isn't a traditional restaurant in the hotel but there is a decent contemporary styled cafeteria/coffee restaurant. It had nice and comfortable seating with some booths that had LED TVs for viewing while having a casual meal.
There are two pools - indoor and outdoor and a hottub spa that are all well maintained. I'm not sure if the outdoor one is heated since I didn't use it.
I also liked the fact that there is 24hr laundry room and small fitness room.
The staff was friendly and very accommodating.
For the price, it was worthwhile staying there since hotels closer to the live action is about 3 times costlier.
