My daughter and I recently enjoyed a most pleasant stay at the Staybridge Suites, whilst visiting my husband , who is staying there longterm. Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff and everything in the hotel was of a good standard including cleanliness. The breakfasts were lovely with ample choice and the availability of a light supper 3 times a week , inclusive of beer or wine , was an added bonus. The shuttle service was invaluable as it enabled us to get out and about within a short radius of the hotel. Would not hesitate to stay there again

Currently - Front desk personnel were very accommodating. Staybridge as usual will not let you down. The pillows were comfortable. Kitchen area was clean (as usual). Utensils supplied were clean and newer. Enjoy.

my son and i came out for the all the fireworks, had a great time...perfect location, within walking distance of great local restaurants as well as well known chains. it was expecially nice that we had a kitchenette, nice on the days we stayed in and swam. the room was fairly clean...im a bit picky so some things did stand out. like some food on the wall in the kitchen, the floor in the bathroom had dirt stuck in the corners, tape was stuck on the curtain (like there was a party in the room), and there was an unknown sticky substance on the floor by one of the beds. the breakfasts in the morning were great, nice selection. and the staff in the afternoons were very helpful, when we needed directions to be printed and the computer was in use she was more than happy to get our papers for us...thank you so much for making our stay wonderful.

Recently, we had cause to choose a temporary stay location while our home was undergoing some renovations. We had been unaware of Staybridge, but chose it primarily because
the suites that were shown to us (by the manager, no less), were more than adequate for our needs, very clean, and offered more amenities than we were expecting. Moreover, they are pet friendly, and we have a small dog. Additionally, the cost was less than we had expected from this class hotel.

The hotel is geographically, easy to reach, on the northbound service road of the Dallas North Toll Road and strategically located for easy exit at Keller Springs Rd. Our room did not face the Toll Road, but rather a residential street, and was very quiet. The hotel has street access from both the service road and a residential street. Both a service station and also a major bank branch is within a quarter mile of the hotel.

After move-in, our stay exceeded expectations. We stayed at this hotel for about a month and a half, without one minute of problem of any sort.

In addition to a hot breakfast, that included fresh cut up fruit, eggs, waffles, hot and cold cereals, all manner of juices and hot beverages, Staybridge offered an expanded serving time period from very early to mid-morning.

During mid-week, the hotel offered a lite, limited (both hot and cold foods) supper as well, that ranged from cold salads to hot fajitas plus hot and cold beverages. The supper menu varied and a weekly menu was available to guests. Warm cookies for guests were at the front desk every afternoon.

The food was very good. We ate breakfast at the hotel everyday, and quite often, took breakfast to our room; the section of the lobby devoted to dining was comfortable, quiet, and with access to a large wall mounted TV set at a low volume.

Housekeeping was excellent and very accomodating, with regard to our time schedule.

Parking near our room was convenient and never congested due to the layout and size of the parking area. At this location, there are two buldings, separated but adjacent, for guest rooms. The main lobby and dining area is in one building. The other building, where we stayed, had less traffic. Both buildings have laundry facilities at no charge. There was an exercise room in our building, complete with large wall mounted wall TV. Both buildings are two story, with elevators. In the main building, the hotel offers a computer and printer for guests at no charge. I'net is available in the guest rooms on your own laptop at no charge (WIFI). They even have a small library room with comfortable reading chairs.

We were in effect, living there, and we were made to feel most comfortable, by management and staff, exchanging greetings quite often. A very friendly atmosphere complimented our accomodations.

After moving to Staybridge, we learned that the hotel has many locations. In future travel planning, we will now be considering Staybridge as a likely choice of hotel, in the locales we plan to travel to. All in all, a good stay...we would highly recommend for either a short or longer stay.
