If you've got the time, it is worth the drive. The atmosphere is 100% small town Texas and the food is 100% best in the County. My wife and I have been driving out about once a month for the past year since being introduced to Bill and Rosa's by friends. We love the live Country and oldies music on Friday nights (Ronnie Mason on the guitar) and the all you can eat shrimp is to die for! I skip lunches on the days we go just so I can eat more shrimp.
I don't eat liver, but my sister in law swears it is the best liver she has had in her life (and she loves the stuff). The chicken schnitzel is a great alternative for those who don't want shrimp. For beef lovers, the chicken fried steak is bigger than my notebook computer. Prices are great, staff if warm and friendly--I can't say enough about how great the place is.
While writing this review, my stomach is grumbling for some more Bill and Rosa's--we may have to make the drive tonight.
