Description: A short ten miles as you get off of the 13-minute Bolivar Ferry ride, turn left at the Bay Vue Grocery Store and follow the road to the very end. You will notice left over damage from Hurricane Ike along the way, but Bolivar has come back better than ever. Steve's Landing was demolished by Ike in 2008 and, five years later, we have brought back the hype with a unique atmosphere that includes 'ceiling-tall' teak wood palm trees. There is even a 'Swings Patio' that you must see to believe! Follow your favorite team while sitting at our 'Blue Dolphin Bar,' which is the perfect atmosphere to wind down after a business day or week. Steve's Landing serves its customers with exceptional food, personal service, and an atmosphere that is like no other on Bolivar. Enjoy waterside dining with fresh seafood, premium steaks, colorful salads, and delicious desserts. Immerse yourself in this dining experience, and enjoy the sunset, as well as the Gulf's intra-coastal waterway.

“Great sunsets are on the house”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 11, 2014 via mobile

We went to Steve's because the Stingaree wasn't open on Tuesday. Stingaree's loss was our gain because the atmosphere and food at Steve's was so nice, we'll be hard pressed to take the extra time to drive down the road. We had fried shrimp, stuffed shrimp, and a filet mignon. And everything was done well, except for the steak which was medium rare (one question, why can't a restaurant actually cook a rare steak? They always come out medium rare.). Will we go back? For sure, and besides they're open everyday of the week, so there's no guessing. And be sure to ask for a window seat if you're there late afternoon. The sunset across Galveston Bay is one of the nicest I've seen, bar none.

“Fresh food Great atmosphere!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 29, 2014

Went for lunch. Had some wonderful shrimp tacos and hubby had the lunch special that was a huge serving and very good as well. Great views, felt like dining outdoors. Check out the porches as well. A fun and tasty experience.

“Food was horrible service ok”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed May 15, 2014

We ate at Steve's Landing had a group of 3 we all tried different things nothing we had was good except the dessert. The coconut shrimp didnt look or taste like coconut shrimp. Crab cakes smelled very fishy and the crab meat was a gray black color was not good at all. I hate to write such a poor review but the food wasnt good. I have had some friends that went back not long ago also and they spent 60 dollars on a meal they couldnt eat also.

“How many ways can Steve's Landing cook your favorite seafood? I'll let you count the ways!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 15, 2014

What I really liked about Steve's Landing is the many specials that were offered on a seasonal basis. Depending on what seafood was in season, specials were offered of that seafood cooked many different ways. Pull your boat up to Steve's Landing dock and sashay into a family environment and enjoy your favorite seafood cuisine!

“Great views and Yummy meal”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 6, 2014

My daughter and I ate at Steve's Landing in March. The views were lovely, and the food and drinks were delicious. I had the Mango Mojito and she had the Lychee Vodka Martini. Both were very flavorful and perfect beach drinks. We shared an appetizer and the grilled seafood platter -both delicious. We ended up taking food home even with sharing. The prices were fairly average for a nicer seafood restaurant on the beach.
The wait staff was very friendly and helpful without hovering.
Our only regret was that it was too cool to enjoy the swing porch off the bar.
