Casa Olé is an average Tex-Mex restaurant. I do like the fact that they provide a guacamole sauce for your chips in addition to their salsa.
I would warn you that the wait staff tries to up sell you items. Most changes (ex. queso instead of enchillada sauce or requesting flour tortillias) are up charges.
We were disappointed in their lack of an ala-carte menu and minimal vegetarian options.
The location is clean and I would not be opposed to going back again - I just know what to expect.
