Comfort Pizza is brand new, and like all brand new places they're still working the kinks out of the business. However, those kinks do NOT include their pizza! They bake a fabulous pie. My favorite isn't on their menu of specialty pizzas - it's just pepperoni (the huge, 3-inch slices), onion, garlic (whole, sweet, roasted cloves), and fresh basil leaf.
Don't come here expecting pastas and salads and the the rest of the stuff you might get from either a chain pizza joint or a restaurant that just happens to serve a lot of pizza. The menu is pizza and drinks. That's just fine, because they stick to doing what they do incredibly well. It takes about 8-9 minutes for a pie to come out of the over, though there can be a wait on a busy night.
There is no indoor seating, but they have put together a great set of tables, umbrellas, lights, heaters, and outlets (they're computer-friendly) out back. It's a great place to kick back with friends and family.
They have drinks from fountain soda to beer. Most of their sodas are natural. I wish they had more than Diet Coke for us non-sugar drinkers, but that's a minor inconvenience when the pizza is a real star.
