“Average, Just an Old Facility”

Upon arrival, we had a hard time opening our door. The door was sticking. Another guest said she had the same problem. We had to use our card key and force the door open. Once inside, the room smelled like it could have used some airing out. I think it was just the combination of old carpeting and the A/C unit. The upholstered furniture was soiled.

On a more positive note, the bathroom was scrubbed to a bright shine and the linens appeared to be fresh with many plump pillows. The next morning's breakfast exceeded our expectations! They had a variety of food. The eggs, hot biscuits and gravy were great! And the breakfast staff worked hard to keep every serving container filled with fresh food and beverages.

Room Tip: Bottom floor at the rear building is very quiet

“Fine for what we needed”

We were only in CS a couple nights, and not in the room very long each day - so it was fine for what we needed. We didn't need fancy - just a clean, nice place to sleep. No complaints - except for the people next door who wanted to party ALL NIGHT on the balcony/walkway. The front desk was responsive by calling the police.
